Lighting My 90 Gal

About to re setup my 90 gal and im looking for lighting ideas. I have three 250w metal halide ballasts and four t5ho ballasts. What kind of lights should I buy and what orientation? How far off the water should they be. I want to set up for any and all coral including sps when my tank matures. Thanks for any and all help. I am building the canopy myself as well.

If you have all three 250's going (which is a lot in proportion to a 90g), I'd get 10k's (I like Ushio) and position them no less than 15" from the surface. Orientation can depend on the kind of reflector you're selecting, but putting them parallel to the tank is what most do.
