Temporary home for my livestock after leak, advice please.

I would love to get some thoughts from you guys what you think about my plan regarding a temporary home I have to create for my wet friends

On friday my 275 gallon tank started leaking somewhere in the overflow box so I experienced a small flood to say the least. Tomorrow morning I have to start moving my livestock to a temporary home in my garage until a new tank is in place

So what I have done so far: I bought two very large plastic tanks for drinking water, one is 900l and the other one is 300l, both tanks are 120x120cm the only difference between them is the height . I wanted different heights because I plan to use the tallest as the "main" tank and the lowest as a sump.

I have bought a Tunze overflow box which I hope will do what it's supposed to do. I have also bought a truck load of plumbing stuff.

What equipment would you guys use in the temporary holding area?

The time frame we are talking about will probably be 1-3 months. That depends on the tank manufaturer, if I'm lucky we are talking about 4-5 weeks but I won't bet on it so I will plan for the worst case scenario 3 months.

I have mostly fish a couple SPS, LPS and also three pretty large softies.

My own thoughts are to continue dosing vinegar throw the skimmer and heater in there, forget my ozon, calcium reactor and GFO reactor. Of course I will incorporate the ATO and a kalk stirrer.

Does this sound ok to you?

Anything else I should think about when doing this? Any do's and don't s regarding the actual move from the house to the garage?

Please advice.

That sounds good to me. Personally, I would add a carbon reactor as the corals will probably not appreciate the move.

Be really careful that your corals can't sting each other if they shift from where you put them... Also, is your garage insulated enough to keep the tank heated enough or do you need to add more than one heater just in case?

If you put in cirualation pumps where the fish are make sure they cannot get suck into the pump.

Thanks guys, I have allready insulated the garage and installed two heaters. The winters can get pretty cold here in Norway so i figured I had to do something as it might take some time to get the new tank. Thanks for the carbon tip I will install a reactor. I went with the Gyre for circulation.
