BRS Dual Reactor

I just picked up a dual reactor a week ago to help export phosphates and organics. How often should I be replacing the GFO and carbon? I'm using the high end BRS carbon and their GFO.

Tank Details

- 130 gallon with DSB approx 6 inches
- 50 gallon sump with a omega vertex 150 skimmer
- 2 kessil 350w and 2 kessil 150w. 2 dim LED light strips for moonlighting
- 3 sicce fans so flow is medium/high
- 5 anthias, 2 ocellaris clownfish, 1 flame angel, 1 cleaner shrimp
- 1 Mexican turbo snail, 10 nassarius snails
- Medium stocked with various LPS
- 20% water change about once a month with RO water and instant ocean salt

Phosphates always read zero with a salifert test but I have some bubble algae and cyano so I figure its definitely there. Foam is in the sump indicating signs of organics. Water also isn't as clear as I'd like it to be.

I've been using a cup of GFO and carbon in the reactor with flow just high enough for the GFO to tumble on the surface.

I'm thinking of replacing once a week until cyano, bubble algae and foam decrease. Does that sound about right or could I replace twice a week? I know it's not a good idea to bring phosphates or anything down in the tank too quickly.
