Transferring fish from qt to dt
I have 2 fish that have gone through ttm and prazi and have been in qt for 6 weeks now. However my qt salinity is lower than my DT. Qt is around 1.023 and dt is 1.026. Should I slowly increase salinity in qt or drip acclimate fish before putting in DT?

Wondering if you could slowly add a pH buffer to the QT - which, I should think, ought to increase pH somewhat as your salinity comes up . . .

NEVER EVER use PH buffer, it will raise your Alk a lot!

I find it so much easier to start with a lower salinity in your QT and to gradually let it increase to your DT's salinity over time. By the time your quarantine is over they're really to go.
