Hard to tell from that picture. Is it right in the middle of the picture?

Obviously you're talking about the little brown hairs coming out of the crushed coral and not the bubble algae correct? If so the pictures hard to see ,but probably.

Yeah, in the middle of the shot. It looks like an anemone, but it's tanish and has long arms. How do I kill Aptasia without it spreading? Does squirting boiling water work? There's nothing in the tank.

If it's in the sand turn off all the flow and go down there and scoop him out

Pull the bubble algae out while you are in there. Careful not to damage either as they will both spread.
