Been out of the game for a while
I have been out of the game so long I figured I would post this in the Newbie thread. I had a 75 gallon Reef Ready tank that ran SPS, LPS, Fish, Inverts, the whole deal, and I broke it down when we decided to have children due to on going cost. I'm looking to get my 5 year old a Salt Water Tank and I'm looking for a lot of help, I would like something smaller to keep in his room, maybe 30 gallon and under. I'm thinking to start with Fish only but have the ability to go corals if needed. Since I have been out of the game for about 7 years or so. What have I missed, can you give me an idea on what brand, type of tank I might want to look at. Lighting, different Manufactures and Vendors to buy from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again Corey

Welcome back!
As far as tanks go, you might want to look into some of the new AIO tanks that have come out. Bulk Reef Supply is a great vendor that sells a huge range of equipment, and has amazing customer service. They sell a 20 gallon starter kit with all the basics you need to start a saltwater tank. In recent years, there have been some new shapes and sizes of AIO tanks, such as the Lagoon-Style Aquariums, and the new Abyss Peninsula and Abyss Panorama have just been introduced. Have a look at the BRS youtube page, because they have some very helpful videos, and have a series where they go through every single possible aspect of owning a reef tank.
