Jebao Jecod CP-40 Cross Flow vibration issue.

Any CP-40 owner with vibration issues? This is the second pump that I bought and both vibrated out of the box. No matter the mode or power setting, it will still vibrate.

Mine did that (I tried two of them) and they also made a lot of annoying chirping noises. I returned both and gave up on them.
