Adding Inverts to Display from Bubble Algae infested tank
Some of you know I had a crazy bubble algae problem. I broke my tank down and put everything into a 10 Gallon to hold (my fish and inverts).
I plan on adding them to my cycled tank today. But how do I clean the shells of the snails and crabs in my holding tank? I want no spores or bubble algae transferring over!

Toothbrush is fine..
But you will never get rid of all the spores.. I find bubble algae to be just like any other.. Keep those nutrients down and it goes away..

Was the 10 gallon tank under light? If there was no light, they might have just died
