Please help ID'ing this?

To me it looks like some sort of feather duster? I bought this piece of live rock structure about 8 months ago, but didnt notice this until about 2 months ago. It is now somewhat bigger to the point where you 'notice' it. I was just wondering if this is something that is ok to stay (not harming anything) or if its something thats gotta go! lol

bookmark this for future ID use..
http://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhikers-guide/

Its got all the common critters,etc.. you will find in our tanks..

And yes.. Thats an aiptasia and is a nuisance that should be destroyed..
pickling lime/water mixed into a paste syringed right into its mouth works well..

I can't believe you've been a member since 07 and haven't seen one. I would take that rock out and blast it with a blowtorch.
