Second treatment of prazi pro

On day 5 of treatment I have decided to do a 25% water change run some carbon and skimmer. Now I have noticed a potential fluke on my clown fishes face so there could still be flukes lurking in my tank. I'm thinking of doubling the dose this time. Should I wait the 3 day's before dosage again or act immediately after water change? I also have a wrasse are they sesitive to prazi pro at double dosing?
