Can kessil a350 be repaired?

greetings fellow hobbyists,

I have 2 kessil a350s tuna blue. One is working fine, I’ve noticed the other is slightly less blue. I took pics of the lights both at max intensity. Thoughts? (The one that has the black “L” written on the image is my left one that doesn’t seem to be as bright as the other.)
