Tds Meter Error

My TDS meter (https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/dual-...m-digital.html) reads "Err".

What should I do to fix or troubleshoot this?

Thanks!

I'd probably try to unplug and replug the sensors. If that doesn't work replacing it is the likely solution.

On the link you shared you will see a Q & A button. Click that and ask BRS.

Err appears if the sensors become unplugged or wires broken or if the measured tds is out of range..
Try to reseat the connectors and if that doesnt help time to return/replace it
