APEX Controller connect to Black Box LED

Hey guys,

How do I modify my Chinese Black LED Reef Light so that I can control the light by APEX? my black box is basic 16",it has 2 dimmers,2 channels. Any help would be appreciated!

A quick google search for "black box 0-10v control" yields plenty of information...
