I Always Wanted A Tank

Hi Reefers

Total newbie here...I have always wanted a tank...I decided to give it a go after seeing a bunch of beautiful tanks...now that I have taken the dive I find myself going in all directions trying to get my tank going...fortunately for me I found this site just in time to find out I need to cycle my dry rock for 12 weeks in a bin rather than my tank

Here is a pic of the tank I got...its a 75g marineland tank and stand I got for 350...I know its nothin fancy but I like it

I painted the back black and drilled the glass for the overflow box...came out nice I think

I thought I was going to aquascape this rock and put it in my tank but from what I read from in the sticky the first thing I want to do is soak my dry rock for 12 weeks

Any thoughts if I need to aquascape before or after I cycle this rock? Your suggestions are much appreciated
