Fatmike's 90g Corner Tank
Alright here we go again
I found this 90 gallon corner online and it was perfect for an unused corner in our house the tank is acrylic so I now the struggles there with scratching it so I’ll just have to be extra careful with that. this tank needs a lot of elbow grease and TLC but the bones are good the background is some kind of styrofoam and I plan on taking it out. it is plumbed in the back corner but im not Sure what I’m going to do with it. it came with a fluval FX5 canister which I plan on using to start it and upgrading later. I have a small 5 gallon I’m going to put underneath start it up as well and tie them together. let me know if you have any suggestions. a lot of work ahead of me |

Got all the sand out tonight and took out the styrofoam back.
I think I want to glue rock to the back of it. But the biggest question is this overflow. I’m not sure if I just cap off the drilled holes and bring the tubing over the back or if I should put an overflow in. I know the right answer is overflow but I’m not sure if I want to get that crazy. let me know if you have overflow suggestions |

cleaned the tank up today!
looks pretty good. Has a few scratches just need to figure out how to fix those. also there is some acrylic stuff that clears up the acrylic so I need to look into that. stand and canopy are all painted. hoping to move the tank in. next is figuring out how I want to plumb the tank. |
