reef safe putty

Anyone familiar with Rectoseal EP-400 epoxy putty? CAn I use it on LR ? Saw it at HD while looking for Harveys Plumber epoxy putty which I understand is safe based upon posts on this forum. It's in a tube, hardens underwater,etc.

Actually I use Aquamend from HD.

I have used some epoxy that I got at HD with no problems, but I can't remember the brand.
