MRC Calcium Reactor - Spray Bar benefits?

How beneficial is the spray bar in a MRC Calcium Reactor - one that would work well with a 120g tank?

Any positive or negative feedback on MRC Calcium Reactors in general?

I just ordered a CR-2 from MRC today and got it with the spray bar upgrade

From what I've read, the spray bar gives better saturation of the media- allowing the CO2 to make more surface contact which makes the reactor more efficient and use less CO2 . . .

I may be wrong, but then you can use this reasoning . . . you're spending close to $500 on a piece of equipment for the tank- whats another $45?

i have heard of some complaints with all brands of reactors that are not either spray bars or reverse flows. the buyers are saying that chamber 1 turns to mud due to lack of saturation with flow pushing down.

i dont believe that though. all media will turn to mud if you run them too low PH.
Andy makes great products. i would not hesitate to buy any of them. yes i would make a spray bar upgrade!
