Aqua C Urchin
I was just wondering if anyone could give me feedback on an Aqua C Urchin skimmer. I have a 30 gallon seahorse tank I am starting to setup and want to know if this skimmer would be recommended or if anyone has used it.
Any feedback would be great! Thanks, Rye Courtney ![]() |

That is a good skimmer. For a 30gal, I'd get a Coralife Super skimmer (cheaper too).

I had that skimmer and did'nt like it. I was always fiddling with the cup location to get a dark skimate. After awhile its performance really detiorated. The ventori would clog and after several cleanings I think it became damaged . You get what you pay for to a large exstent. I like my ETSS.

I kinda like mine. I pull out a lot of nasty stuff but also have a better pump hooked up to it. (Rio 1400... cheaper than a Mag)
