just look for live rock on ebay, you can find it cheaper than that uncured.

You can try to buy some used from some one tearing down. Ask in the want to buy section.
It also helps if you put your location in your options. Some one in your area might say "hey, I have some". Check your local clubs too.

i would really recommend trying to find someone locally that is tearing down a tank.

i got 60 lbs of live rock from a guy that is moving. the rock had been in his tank for over a year. so, there was good growth on it, extremely minimal die-off (it was only out of the water for about 20 minutes during my drive home) and i could sort through his stuff and pick out good pieces for my tank.

i don't quite see how an online store could beat that. oh, in addition, he sold it to me for $3 a pound (and no shipping).

so, i don't know where you live, but try the club forums and any webpages your local clubs may have set up. also try cities near you that are within driving distance. i live in a medium size city and had 3 people respond in the first day when i posted on the local club forum that i wanted to buy live rock.

anything you can buy used off of a private individual will save you tons of money. much more money than if you bought online.

good luck.
