Question How many fans in my canopy?

I am going to build my new canopy this weekend, its 72X24X23 its for my new 180 gallon tank. I have 2 Hamilton 400 watt MH retrofit lights and 4 96watt actinics.

I purchased 2 120mm AC 110 cfm fans. I was wondering would 2 fans work fine.

if so should I have one run all the time and one run when the water temp reaches a certain temp?

should I run them both all the time?

should I get a third fan and have the 2 run all the time and the extra one come on at temp?

These fan produce a lot of air flow. I have no prior experience with MH and the Heat they produce. your help would be greatly appreciated.

Basically, I would just run them enough to keep things cool enough.

It may not be a bad idea to put them on a timer and just have running at the same times your lights are running.

I plan on only running them when the lights are on.
i am just curious to how much air flow i need so i don't over heat the tank.

Thanks for the reply

you can run one in a timer with your lights, and 2 when the temp reach a tempeture, i have 2 in my tank that come on when the temp hits 80, a good thing about something like that you dont have to hear your fans all day long, just mho
