Do you burn in MH?

I just bought a hood with 2x150HQI metal halides and 4x65PC. Do most people run the MH bulbs for 100 hours or until the bulbs have stablized before placing over the tank. Or do you just throw them on the tank and let them burn in on the tank?

Thanks,

Mike

I burned my lights in while they were over my tank.

I wouldn't think that it would hurt to have them burn in over the tank, since the only thing that is changing is the color temp., right?
