replacement ballast for sunpaq

I have a Current USA Orbit fixture with 4x65 PC's. One of the two ballast has gone bad right after the warrenty expired. Figure that!! Current distributors want 89.00 for a new ballast. Has anyone tried a Workhorse ballast inplace of the Sunpaq that is in there? It's about half the price and the same ratings.
