Cleaning crews are pooping too much

I have a 30G tank with abt 30 lbs sand and 40lbs live rock, no reef yet.
-4 big snails (don't know their name)
-4 turbo snails
-2 urchins
-2 hermit crabs
-2 cleaner shrimp
above are my cleaning crews

-2 clown fish

so i realised the snails, hermit crabs and urchin are pooping, A LOT, especially the large snails and urchin. They are doing their job real well, my algae are almost gone, but the poop is just all over the sand.
Wat can I do about it? any other cleaning crew that will take care of the poop?? or should i just let go of thee big snails...they cost me 3.99 each though

thanks!!
