Home made calibration fluid for Pinpoint PH probe?
Hi,
I have a pinpoint ph probe and I only have the 7.0 calibration fluid. Was wondering if I could diy the other fluids needed to calibrate this thing? Thanks. |

Not really. You can make a pH 9.2 borax fluid to check the meter (first link below), but I'd use real packets to calibrate it.

I wouldn't use bleach to calibrate a pH meter. It is not necessarily a controlled pH solution.
Okay well then can anyone tell me where the best place to get the calibration fluids is? Any RC dry goods sponsor. ![]()
