Feather Duster Question?

I've had what I thought might be a feather duster appear in my sand bed. Only feather dusters I had ever seen where in a tube and usually in the rock structure somewhere. So the other day my maxi-stream decided to come loose and blow all the sand from the area that the feather duster was in. Now I see the "tube" it was in below the sand level. My question is can I move the "tube" from the sand and relocate it to an different area, like on the rocks.

Thanks,
Jeff

You can move it but I doubt that it stay on a rock. Your water flow will toss it around unless it is huge.

just keep it out of direct flow blowing on the head. U can just lodge it in between rocks, make sure it stays and it'll attach itself in a week or so. if its too tiny, epoxy that sucka
