Lightbulb sense in the subject line...

You're in a pickle. You need help really fast. Outside of having done your tests and including all your params in the question without being asked for them, there's one other thing you can do---

Ask your basic question in the subject line. It's ok to say help! but follow it with: new zoo turned pink! or where's my wrasse! or ballast humming! or hose leak! so that it attracts the particular experienced reefers who know they have the expertise on, say, zoos, or wrasse species behavior, or lighting or plumbing questions.

You'd be surprised what you can fit into that blank. We don't all know everything, but each of us knows something, and if your post cues us that our help could be useful, we'll be on it.

Salinity 1.024-6; alkalinity 8.3-9.3 on KH scale; calcium 420; magnesium 1300, temp 78-80, nitrate .2. Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny,royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.
