Aquacontroller JR computer inteface software?

I was wondering if you can use anything but neptunes aquanotes for monitoring online info from the aquacontroller jr series?

i know im a cheap sucker but i really dont want to pay 100 bucks for a peice of software if there is another way.

if there isnt where is the best place to puchase it?
