super glue and plants?

i have used super glue to glue frags on things, but can you use super glue to glue plants to rock? i have a piece of halimeda that won't stay were i want it and was wondering if i could glue it?

Have you tried rubberbanding it to the rock? Or is the rock where you can't move it?

Yes you can use it, but IME Halimeda can be pretty tempermental, so I would go with something temporary like the rubberband before you commited putting it somewhere it might not do well in.

Just FWIW, Halimeda isn't a plant.

great thanks guys. i think i'll glue it to a rock i can move around if need be. i did not know that halimeda is not a plant or algea. what is it?

I wouldn't recommend gluing Hali... as above, rubber band is a better approach.
