Underwater adhesive ?

I know there are adhesives that work on wet surfaces. Is there an adhesive that can actually be applied underwater?

Reef safe epoxy putty. If you are really quick and have a little experience in it, superglue gel works. It will be trial and error until you get it right with the supergle.

to combine the 2 threads you have going a bit... i think it's safe to say most people use either :

- super glue/epoxy alone - good for putting frags on plugs or rocks outside of the tank. I haven't had alot of success using it to put directly onto rockwork in tank

- underwater epoxy putty - either by itself, or in a sandwich of super glue, like rock:super glueutty:super glue:frag. The super glue/epoxy sticks better, but the putty fills in the unevenness of the surfaces so they stick better.

i generally super glue a frag to a ball of putty, let it sit a few seconds, the put a blob of super glue on the bottom of the ball of putty and stick it to some rockwork.

Aquamend

It comes in a small green tube at the larger hardware store (Home Depot) costs $2.65 a piece.
Cures in 15 minutes underwater but is white in color

I can't seem to find aquamend anymore at HD or Lowes---anyone use a similar looking epoxy in a tube-- blue I think--made by Loctite--is it reefsafe? Sorry-- not trying to hijack. Btw--superglue gel for frags and the aforementioned sandwich of superglue/epoxy/superglue for any rock type or small colony mounting.
