What pump for a jbj 1/5

So i am about to get my JBJ 1/5 chiller soon and was wonder what pump i should get. The pumps i have been looking into are

Eheim 1262
little giant inline 3mdq-sc
rainbow lifegard quite one 300 or 4000HH

My aquarium is one of those uniquarium with the built in filter in back so the chiller will be have to go up into the back of the tank, because i do not have a sump .

out of the 3 pump which one would be the quitest and also produce the least amount of heat

john

I use an Eheim 1260 on my 90. It is inline as a return pump from the sump, works great.
