You can put Blue Tang, ONE of the powder tangs, Yellow Tang, and MAYBE the purple tang together. You CANNOT put all the Powder tangs together since they are too closly related and they will constantly fight until they kill each other. I'm not sure about the Yellow Tang and the Purple Tang though.......The Blue Tang is always peaceful with almost any Tang. Since you have a 67gal tank. I would only put two-to-three tangs in the tank max.

Not good information given at all above. 1 tang, and a smaller tang at that should be put in a 67 gallon, and then that tang will need a larger tank when it grows most likely. I would look into a kole tang, a yellow tang, possibly a small purple tang, a tomini tang, or something like that. And only one of those.

You need a very large system to house a powder blue, powder brown, and white cheek tang together, as they are all the same family, and a fairly large system for the 2 zebrasomas (yellow/purple). Purples will get real aggresive most likely, so if you decide on one, go with a small one and put it in the tank last.

Many of the tangs you list have an adult size approximating one foot---that's one *foot* in length in adult size, plus requiring several feet of running room just to maintain good health. Get one yellow or purple tang, which maxes out at 8 inches, and consider some other fish.

Remember that tangs are extremely prone to ich, a parasite, and need to be quarantined for a month before entry into your tank, so you can treat the disease: you cannot treat in your main tank---the treatment will kill your tank. Also tangs that are underexercised and not fed far more greens than meat are prone to develop holes or lesions around head and lateral line [hlle] and this is another reason not to crowd them in the least.

No tang should be in a tank smaller then 75g. Even so a 75g is ok for 1 of the smaller species of tangs. If you want large fish get a larger system.

so you would put a tang in a 24x24x30? thats a little ridiculous his tank is 4 feet long and is basically a 75 with the right equipment he would be fine with a small tang

I would look into a kole tang as well. Most tangs really do much better with larger systems. I think if you polled people who have kept tangs in smaller tanks and then transfered to larger systems will agree that their tangs are much healthier and more active than in the smaller system
