They have been growing pretty fast. I think we started with 3 polyps, and now there are about 12. We got them about 2 months ago, but considering the moves they've gone through, I think that's pretty good.

That's definitely a fast grower. LMK if you frag them. I'd love a few heads.
How's the in tank flow? Did everything work out as you had planned? BTW, those pics are great. I wish I could get my camera to take them like that. |

The flow is pretty good. I want to get some of those loc-line flair nozzles instead of the regular ones. I think that will spread out the flow a little better. But all in all, it seems to be fine.

mfinn, here's a closer shot, still not the best though, but you can see it's not a monti.

loots awsome, i love cubes, and i've built a few small ones. I've never seen one that big before! I'm sure you've mentioned this already ( i just look at the pics :P) but what kind of bulb are you using for lighting? and is that a 400W or 250 W MH set up?

The camera is a Canon Rebel XT, It does take amazing pictures. It's well worth every penny.

Hey Eric,
I'm in the process of moving to the NW Chicago suburbs from Madison. Been contemplating a bigger tank but thought a 2'x2' would be a great starter since I've been out of the hobby for nearly 20 years! I'm planning a getting my tank from Envision but I need someone to build be a stand. Could you put me in touch with your cabinet maker? I'm planning an open top. Any other issues with your "footprint". I could possible go 30"x30" but I'd like a smaller tank to start. Thanks for your help. Mike
