Looking for a good magnesium for the tank. Is there a such thing as a better magnesium or are they all the same????

Altho that is half correct, Epsom Salt alone will not maintain the ionic balance needed in the tank. A mixture of Epsom salt and magnesium chloride will provide the proper ionic balance, I am not sure on the mixing ratio but im sure someone around here will be able to help you further.

A company called twopartsolution sells mag chloride and epsom salt is inexpensive at wally world.
