If you're talking about what's covering it...the green stringy algae...it looks like hair algae to me.
Here is a pic of my hair algae...do they look similar?

some one told me it may be bubble algae and to get rid of it by chipping a pice off the rock

Valonia is bubble algae. Could it be Maiden's Hair algae? What site did you use to try the visual ID?

The red one is Halymenia. Grew in sheets and cool little bubble tipped trees in my tank until I put a Tang in. It is very easy to remove and doesn't proliferate much.

If what you're talking about is the red plant, as seapug stated is halymenia. If it were me, personally, I would leave it. But that's personal preference.

IMO, from what I can tell, the green looks similar to HA, but is that also what's covering your rock as well???

yes ive been taking it out and cleaning it with a tooth brush in my waterchange bucket. Should i be doing this ?
