good point nikon187, old salt will definitely percipitate old clumpy alk which may be the problem.
EDIT: I would run an air stone or if you can turn the bubbles up on your skimmer to help with depleted O2.

although I think the last few posts are probably right on..

You don't happen to have an anemone, do you?

This sounds a lot like what happened when mine decided to take a walk and unfortunately got sucked into a powerhead.

What is 1210 degrees kh? Like 12.10 dkh?

If thats true then with a Ca of 440 there could've been a prcipitation event. Any idea what your pH was at during the cloudiness? Can you measure magnesium? That could also play a role in having a precipitation event.

Sorry for the late post....to catch up BLASTOERIC that was pretty sarcastic but i'll let it slide yes I know how to mix the water I new but not that new. No there was no other chemicals under the sink i know its a little moist under there so that could be the cause although why would it not cause the cloudiness right away rather than several hours later? yes the skimmer is on and looks like it is takin care of business. Yes I do have an anemone but is to small and has not moved. All the fish and coral seem to be doing fine. I am going to do a HUGE water change right now and hope for the best

To add to this point from graveyardworm... I think there is quite a bit of merit to his points. The last dose you made, seeing your levels are on the upper range relatively, the addition of your two part might have thrown it out of balance and caused a precipitation event.

When was the last time you tested your alk and ca? Before or after the cloudiness?
How much of part A & B did you dose prior to this happening?

You dont necessarily need to have just added supplements for a precip event. If you added the supps when pH was low, and then the lights come on and pH rises it is possible the pH reached a critical point that started to precipitate, and if Mg was low that could also add to the chances of precipitation.

Another question do you have a refugium? If caulerpa is housed in the refugium it could've sporulated ( gone sexual ) and this would also cloud the tank.

its not always easy to diagnose whats going on in a reef tank (unless youre Randy Holmes Farley ) and all you can do is just do gradual, large water changes, maybe run some carbon and just hang on. You did the right thing by posting here. theres an excellent chance the good folks here can narrow down your problem.
Glad things ore looking better for you.

Randy who? I think he says, "hold the mouse against the tank" and through osmosis he can diagnose just about anything.... Interpreting his diagnoses is another thing though.
