Need help setting up my fuge

My tank has now been up for about 6 months and I've decided to set up a small fuge to improve the overall nutrients in my system. My tank is a 50g with a 11g sump holding the skimmer. My current sump is to small and has too high a turnover to double as a fuge. (Click my red house to read more about my system)

I have the following live stock:
(2) Mated percula clowns
(1) Neon Dottyback
(1) Yellow Tang
(1) Copperbanded Butterfly
(2) Coral Banded Shrimp
(1) Peppermint Shrimp
(2) RBTA's

Corals:
Xenia
GSP
Torch
(2) Frogspawn
Zoos
Polyps
Ricordia
SPS
Kenya Tree

I want to have a place to grow pods, cheato, etc. The space I have is 12"L X 8" W x 9" T.

1. What type of baffeling layout should I use?
2. I do I achieve the proper flow A.) To the tank then out B.) Inside the tank. Note: The fuge will be placed above my sump and below my tank.
3. What should I put in the fuge?
