water flow for torch and xenia

i'm trying to find a suitable place for my 2 pieces. i know they don't need high water flow and w/my pc am figuring at least halfway up in the tank?

the xenia shouldn't be blowing around should it? it should be up straight up and gently drifting right?

how about the torch? if the tentacles are gently fluttering around, is that sufficient?
