Ricordia HELP!!!

So im not new to the hobby but do need help, and a lot of people go throguh this forum soooo..........I have some rics who seems to be sliming/ disintegrating. They were fine befor eI got them from the LFS i work at, and I have other rics in the tank which are growing splitting and looking great. Why would they do this? Their mouths have been open and I tried to feed but the dont even close....

Sounds like a bacteria infection.

I had a rock with 100+ yuma on it and after adding some new ones, they all slimed/melted/detached and are all dead.
