An online store has just got in 'pom pom anemone crabs' and 'red coral crabs' and I'm interested in learning more (not buying yet, don't worry!)
![]() I've done a bit of googling on them but most of the results are from stores and it's normally better to take their care level advice with a pinch of salt... I'd much rather get opinions from you guys. My concerns are: (The pom pom crab is: Lybia tesselata) - Do the usual 6+ mth anemone rule apply? - How hardy are the anemones? - I've read that the anemones don't always make the delivery trip. Is this true? - Will the crab pick on zoos for its pom poms? And if so, do the zoos just stay shut and miserable like the ones grabbed by the decorator crab? - Could those anemones hurt things? (the coral crab: Lybia tesselata) - Those claws look mighty sharp! Small fish/shrimp beware? Any stories/experiences most welcome! ![]() Thanks (Sorry for the repost. I tried this in the Newbie section but didn't get any responses) |
