snail afro?
I have no Idea whats going on here but I got a friend that has a tons of snails with fros. what is this?

Looks like hair algae or calurpa.
Kinda hard to tell. Edit: Also might be Neomeris annulata

Some of my snails have hair algae growing out of them. I have one cerith snail with a fanworm

Its not Neomeris annulata. I seen that in his tank and it looks nothing like this stuff. This stuff looks like christmas trees growing out his back. they got RASA FROS
