API calcium test
I have the test bottles and the glass tubes. But i dont have the instructions or the color card (if there even is a color card,i wouldnt know)
Anyone mind sharing with me the instructions and sending me a picture of their color card?

There isnt a color card. Each drop of the second bottle is equal to 20.
EG: 10 drops = 200 It turns purplish when it is at the proper level. |

Fill the vial to the line with sample water. Add 10 drops of the first bottle, cap and shake for 10 seconds.
Shake the 2nd bottle vigorously for at least 30 seconds. I usually add 5 drops at a time and then cap and shake (up to 15 then I do one drop at a time)

you need the color card, because its actually a deep blue/dark purple color it has to turn in order for it to be the right reading.

i dont think there is a color card, it does have the color on the instruction book.
