do you target each polyp like suggested or do you just "swoosh" the entire colony?

she turns the flow off and coat the whole colony so they all get some leave flow off for around 15 to 20 minutes then turns it back on

Your method seems to be working. I have both of those foods so I am going to try it.

its been up for about 7 months rock and sand i had in my 29 and 10 for about 9 months prior to that it was already a salt tank when i got it just didnt have much in it when i got it i added all corals and livestock
