Hypo Treatment
I started quarantining my new sailfin tang about a week ago. He is eating and shows no sign of sickness. My question is whether I should put him through hypo, even though he does not seem to show signs of disease. If the answer is no, how much longer should I quarantine him? If the answer is yes, than how long should I leave him in hypo? Thanks

No, you dont have to treat if the fish shows signs of nothing. It is best to keep fish in the QT for up to 4 weeks. If no signs of illness in that time you can transfer it to the maintank.

I would wait until he started to show signs of a problem. No since in treating a healthy fish.
