Return Pump 90 AGA Mega Flow

I am upgrading from a 55 to a 90 AGA RR with a Mega Flow. Suggestions on a return pump? This will be my first tank with a sump. I would like a submersible pump. The sump will be under the tank.

I am running a Mag 9.5. Any more flow than that and the Mega Flow won't be able to handle it. If your running a refugium it might be a little to strong, maybe Mag 7 would be better.

The Eheim pumps are dead silent, run for years and can be run internal or external. The 1260 should be plenty.

I used an Eheim 1260 on my 90. I've since moved and downgraded to a 65 and I'm still using the same pump. The Eheims are super reliable too. I got negligent on cleaning it once in my 90 and when I finally got around to it it was so caked with calcium that I couldn't get the impeller out, yet it still started up and ran fine even coated in calcium deposits. Compare that to the mag 7 it replaced that would fail to start if I looked at it funny.

Eheims are great pumps. A mag will do the job but an eheim will be better. My mag wouldnt restart after being shut off unless I pulled it out of the water.

I have a Mag 7 on my 90G, pushing water about 4 feet up to my returns, and it seems to be working fine.
