Frozen foods are always better for livestock because its more natural and doesn't have all the preservatives that dry food has.

its an atlantic blue tang and im feeding it sea weed but is there anything else

There are vitamin supplements that seem to work pretty well. Some have amino acids in them as well. Any of the larger online aquarium sites should have them. A lot of people like cyclopeeze and selcon. I have seen a supplement to soak seaweed in before feeding. That might work well for you if you can find it.

a mixture,Cyopezeis fish on Crack!!!!!!LOL!!!!!!!!! But they IMHO need a daily differnce, Herb, Corn, Herb, food.

On a scuba dive in the Cayman Islands, I kept thinking.........Why is that Fish getting bigger.........Then it hit me

Get Nori...some fish stores sell it, but if there's a Japanese grocery store in your area you can get it there. Just make sure that there's nothing more than pure Nori in the package.
