How to wire t5 endcaps?

Anybody have any pics or can explain how to wire t5 endcaps from an ice cap ballast. From the instructions that I have it states to slide the wire into the endcap but its not really descriptive where.

I found the wiring diagram fro the ice cap 660 and I had only one lamp connected and that is why it wouldn't fire it once I got both lamps installed it fired right up. HTH with anyone else that is trying to use t5 and ice cap ballast.
