Hagen T5 vs. Nova Extreme T5?

I have a 37G Tank which I'm planning on setting up for Soft Coral Reef. As of now nothing is set up yet and still doing lots of research and buying equipment.

I narrowed it down to my budget and have came down to T5's over PC's since I dont have the money to buy MHs.

The two lights I picked are Nova Extreme vs. Hagen GLO.

Does anyone have any suggestions on which one would be a better and are brighter? I like a brighter look something as close to MH as it can get.
