Need help on the Chiller...

Just got my current 1/10 chiller.. And I have to flex tube connect it, and I set the temp to 74.. I see the temp is on 74, but nothing happen.. The water is still at 80... Did I connect it wrong??? Is the water suppose to drain from the tank to the chiller and the outake suppose to go back to the tank??? I am not seeing any moment on the chiller.. Please help... is this a defective unit??

You need a pump to feed the chiller somewhere in the plumbing.

Hahha someone just ask me that.. and no.. How stupid am I.. huh.. So then One pump is good??? Just from tank water to pump to chiller.. and from chiller hose to tank.. is that correct?? Since I have a Ehiem 1262 sitting here, can I use that one?? Or is that too strong? I have a 30 finnex tank...

WELL..... ROOKEY MISTAKE....SORRY...I had to say it. Bleave it or not...A Lot of people think that the Chiller has a pump in it....NOT...

Check the min GPH that the Chiller needs & buy the pump as needed,

you will want 420–720gph for flow in that size chiller, BTW why is the temp set so low at 74?

Newbie here.. lolz.. Someone told me to set it on 78.. Also, who else have a current Chiller?? When I hold the set buttom for 10 second.. I can set the deg. difference.. What do people usually set on?? So far I left it at 0..
