help with filtration
First, hello to everyone on this site! It seems like a great forum for saltwater information. My question is perhaps aimed at someone who has a 265 perfecto tank or another reef ready perfecto. I recently ordered a 265 reef ready perfecto tank and I will be running dual wet/dry/sumps and was wondering what the overflows on a perfecto 265 will handle. I was looking at rio 32hf pumps rated at 1900gph. If I ran one from each waterflow I'd be looking at approximately 2600gph at the head, but I didn't want to waste my cash on the pumps if the tank could not handle it. Unfortunately I do not know the specs on the tank's overflows. Thanks for any help.

I don't know about your tank but I do know about rio pumps, they are oil filled and when mine ruptured it spilled oil into my tank. I am not the only one to have this experience
