cl head pressure

This might be a silly question when making a closed loop system how do you calculate head pressure to pick the right pump. I am designing a 300 gal 96x30x25 with a om 4 way and want to use a red dragon if it possible to save on the elec bill.

so that means the only loss would be the plumbing from the pump to the cl outlets?
